Hello everyone my name is David Sahibzada and I’m here to help!
I was born in London England but have lived here in Calgary since I was 8 years old. Calgary is my home and I love it here! It’s where I met my beautiful wife; it’s where my two beautiful daughters were born; it’s where I bought my beautiful home and where I got my first “far from beautiful” mortgage. I am a soccer coach, eternal optimist, hard worker, genuinely nice guy, problem solver and I love working with people. I am calm, friendly and an easy to talk to person whose pet peeves are rudeness, pushy sales people and bad service.
I first discovered Mortgage Brokering when upon renewal the bank happily offered to renew my mortgage at over 7.00 % for 5 years. I had a young family, one income, money was tight and I knew there was a better mortgage out there but I didn’t know how to find it. A friend referred me to a mortgage associate and just like that I had a mortgage that over the 5 year term I paid 1.5% less than the banks offering! That mortgage associate saved me a ton of money, 15 months off my mortgage and I’m forever grateful for the help he provided. Now it’s my turn to help…
